His hands-on experience, combined with his background in Marketing, shapes an agricultural project that blends tradition with a contemporary vision, guiding the evolution and growth of Poderi Borselli.

Known to everyone as la Baldi, she passionately led the management of the L’Olivastra restaurant, turning every event into a unique experience through her creativity and imagination. Her contribution remains a precious point of reference in the history and spirit of Poderi Borselli.

ASSEIMANI – NATURAL WINE ON AMIATA
The natural wine project born by chance from two university friends, now the jewel in the crown of the estate — Asseimani, brought to life by Davide, Mirco and Valentina. The goal? To make the white wines of Monte Amiata the new Jura of Italy!
