Food Pairing This is a fresh wine with a youthful color and rich, pleasant notes of red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry. Thanks to these characteristics, it pairs very well with raw fish, but also with delicate cheeses like sheep’s ricotta and cold soups such as Salmorejo.

Curiosity From an idea of our children, both the name of this label and the beautiful drawing that accompanies this first Rosé were born. Created somewhat by chance, with its fresh and Mediterranean aromas, it is giving us great satisfaction.
