Delivery times and methods
Our shipments are delivered by the BRT courier.
Delivery is made in approximately 1–2 working days after the parcel has been dispatched by PODERI BORSELLI, applicable to most locations in Italy. Delivery times depend on the origin and destination of the shipment, so actual times should be verified using the tracking code, which can be requested to track the parcel.
Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods for one or more products; cash on delivery is not available. For pallet shipments please contact us by email.
Shipping costs for Italy
- 0–10 kg: €16
- 10–30 kg: €20
- 30–50 kg: €28
- 50–100 kg: €30
Shipping costs for European countries
(excluding Corsica, Switzerland, Greece)
- 0–5 kg: €30
- 5–10 kg: €32
- 10–15 kg: €35
- 15–20 kg: €37
- 20–31 kg: €38
Free shipping on orders over €250 (Italy only).
Once the order is received by our systems, the products will be packaged and dispatched within 24 hours (working days) via courier. Our staff will send email notifications on the progress of the order.
