If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to make an exchange, you can contact us by email at info@poderiborselli.com specifying:
- First and last name
- A phone number
- The order number
- The name of the product you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
If you wish to have the product replaced or receive a refund, you will be given the address to send the goods to: the shipping costs for the return or exchange are borne by the customer.
You may return or exchange one or more products within 14 days of the date on which you received the parcel. Please ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, well packaged and sealed. Have the parcel properly sealed before collection.
Any return or exchange can also be made free of charge at our estate at Loc. Poderina – Montegiovi – Castel del Piano (GR).
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges communicated or sent back late, or returns and exchanges of items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.
Within 48 hours of receiving the parcel we will process the refund with no additional charges.
